FCPA 2026 Membership

You may pay your FCPA membership through the secure online portal. The FCPA membership cycle runs (Dec. 1 – December 31.) FCPA does not offer prorated membership.

  • $150.00  – 2026 Physician Dues
  • $100.00  – 2026 Nurse/Speech Therapist Dues
  • $50.00  –   2026 Residents/Fellows
  • $50.00  –   2026 Other Healthcare Professionals
  • $25.00  –   2026 Family Member
  • $0.00 –      Student (with Verification: See “Student Applications” Below)

To pay online, select your membership type from the pull-down menu, add to the cart, and proceed via PayPal payment. Note, choose Professional Dues if you are a Physician, Surgeon, Dentist, etc.

Student Applications

(Other applicants do not have to meet these requirements.)

Student members must download the form, complete it, and email to info@floridacleft.org, along with verification of student status. The following forms of verification will be accepted: image of your current ID card, copy of your current class schedule, or a letter from your advisor or course director.
